How to Ground Yourself :)

OK Guys here is a free video on how to do a simple grounding for yourself. I hope you like it also I tried to make up a new word.. "Perspection" a new combination of perspective and perception..If you know who I should talk to to start adding all of the words I can come up with on the spur of the moment, I could sure use it.:) hahaha I make up a lot of words and names...
